Shipping Policy
Free tracked shipping worldwide, on every order, with no minimum. We ship to more than 230 countries and territories from our fulfilment location in the United States.
Processing time
Orders are checked, packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery times

These times are estimates from the day of dispatch and do not include the processing time above. Customs checks, weather and local carrier delays can occasionally extend them.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves our facility you receive a tracking number by email. You can follow it at any time on the Track Your Order page of our website. Tracking information can take 3 to 5 business days to start updating after dispatch, which is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.
Taxes and customs duties
All applicable taxes and import duties are already included in the price you pay at checkout. There are no hidden fees and nothing extra to pay on delivery. Prices shown to consumers include VAT where applicable.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact support@stephanfocus.shop immediately: if the parcel has not yet been dispatched we can correct it free of charge. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address supplied incorrectly, but we will always try to help recover them.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, write to us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be located, we send a replacement or refund you in full. Risk of loss passes to you only once the goods are delivered to you.
Split deliveries
If you order several items, they may occasionally arrive in more than one parcel at no extra cost to you. Each parcel has its own tracking number.
Free gift
Every order includes a complimentary silver chain bracelet. It ships together with your watch and is covered by the same delivery terms.
